The construction of the dental office building for Dr. Crawford is an example of our turn-key capabilities. We served as the broker and developer, acquired the land, directed the design and then built the 5600 square foot, wood frame office space. In the end, we turned over a finished facility with 2100 square feet of unfinished tenant space for future build-out.
