We were selected to serve as the general contractor for the medical office building atttached to the Northside Hospital Facility in Cumming, Georgia. The ground-up construction of the 86,000 SF, four story, conventional steel structure included the building shell, the connector to the hospital, and multiple interior build-outs, including the hospital's outpatient care center, Lakeside Pharmacy, North Fulton Neurology, North Fulton Urology, Atlanta Cancer Care and an MRI suite for Medical Center Imaging.
